Omega3 - Good for fats from fish
For a healthy heart eat lots of Omega 3 - the fat you get from oily fish.
Omega 3 is a fatty acid found in oily fish like mackerel and herring. It's also in certain kinds of fresh vegetables like spinach, and some red meat. They can't be made by your body, so you have to get them from your diet.
One recent survey suggested that children who were given Omega 3 supplements performed better at school, although the tests were on children who had developmental disorders.
Most nutritionists say more Omega 3 from your balanced diet is a good thing, and here's how to find it - with a little help from New You diet expert, Sylvana Franco.
