Massage at work

British workers spend more hours on the job than anyone in Europe.

We even work more than the Japanese!

The average UK lunch "hour" has dwindled to less than 27 minutes. And more than half of all office-workers are spending even that short break eating at their desks.

It all adds up to stress, fatigue, aches, pain - and a drop in productivity.

But help is on hand. Recent studies conducted at the Univerity of Miami found that a brief massage at work reduces stress and boosts job performance. After a 15-minute massage, workers were more alert and able to complete maths problems faster and with more accuracy.

So relief is in YOUR hands.
