Hayfever: commuter fever
25 million people in the UK commute to work. Their journeys are filled with hold ups and delays. They have to pay the highest rail fares in Europe and fork out for over-priced fuel.
As if this isn’t enough to deal with – it now seems commuting is also making people ill.
In a national survey, New You researchers have discovered that people who commute are 23% more likely to develop hay fever than people who work closer to home.
